Young People We Care Selected as Regional Lead Agency for 2010 Global Youth Service Day

Foundation Kicks Off 2010 Student Semester of Service

Bassett Youth Foundation, Inc. is organizing two national day of service projects and again providing middle and high school students with volunteer recognition. J-Serve grants awarded to communities across the country for Jewish Youth Service Day
J-Serve, the National Day of Jewish Youth Service, in partnership with Youth Service America's Global Youth Service Day has awarded 19 grants of up to $2,500 to communities from coast to coast. These mini-grants were awarded to communities who have presented community service project plans for J-Serve 2010, which will be held on April 25, 2010.

25 Under 25 in McLean County
As part of McLean County’s 2010 Global Youth Service Day celebration, we will proudly recognize the top 25 youth under the age of 25 who are making outstanding contributions to the community through service learning and leadership. This is the first year of this exciting program.
